Originally named McCormack’s Famous Candy Company in 1919, in 1924 the company changed it's name to Bob's Candy Company and later dropped the apostrophe. By 1956, the Albany Herald proclaimed Bobs “the world’s largest peppermint candy cane producer." Acquired by Farley & Sather's in 2005.
