Wonderful Find!
Love this cereal on a cold morning! Most hot wheat cereals barely have any fiber--this one is an exception. High fiber and very filling, yet still smooth and creamy! My family loves this with a little brown sugar stirred in--melts into a syrup,-- then topped with unsweetened applesauce and cinnamon! We eat it like a warm pudding--no milk added. Yum! I agree, it also makes great muffins for a take along breakfast-on-the-run.

Great Breakfast Cereal!
This wonderful cereal,I have had since I was a wee one! It has 1 Ingredient!Imagine that! Wheat! all natural,fiber, and it tastes great too. I add a little sugar and a little milk,Fruit if you like. Makes great muffins also.
