Cream of Rice Hot cereal was introduced in the 1940's as a follow-up to the wildly successful Cream of Wheat cereal. It was particularly smooth and easy to digest and was originally marketed as a children's hot cereal. Countless babies have been introduced to solid foods beginning with Cream of Rice Hot cereal. Today it is enjoyed by young and old as part of a satisfying and delicious breakfast.

I have Lyme Disease and 2 other tic borne diseases. These are quite painful and I' ve also developed a sensitivity to gluten. There have been times nothing satisfies or soothes like a nice bowl of Cream of Rice. Sadly, I have only found it in one store in our area which is 24477. That would be Martins. I surely do hope it will soon be more available.
