What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express on phone and online orders.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

We do accept checks and money orders oh phone orders only. When paying by check or money order simply contact Customer Service to place the order. Once the order has been placed and you’ve been given an order number you can mail in payment. If you are paying by MO your order will ship the day after payment is received. If you are paying by check, we will deposit the check once received and your order will be shipped 5 days later. We do not accept Visa Gift Cards at this time.

Is there a minimum required to place an order with Hometown Favorites?

No there is no minimum. You may order one piece of candy or you may order 1000! We do offer a discount when purchasing products by the case.

When will my credit card be charged after I have placed an order?

Paying with a credit card through our secure site ensures that you will not be charged until your order ships out.

How do I get a coupon code?

To receive coupon codes along with other important Hometown Favorites updates simply sign up for our mailing list here.

My purchase is being shipped as a gift. Will there be pricing or credit card information included in the box?

The packing slip does not have any pricing or credit card information listed.

Can anyone buy products from Hometown Favorites?

Yes. We welcome all our customers, people as well as businesses.

Why do you want my email and telephone number?

Your phone number and email address will only be used to contact you regarding your order. We do not sell or share any of your personal information.

Returns or Damages

What if there is a problem with my order and I need to return it?

When you order from Hometown Favorites, your satisfaction is always unconditionally guaranteed… so you can order with complete confidence. If at any time you have problems with an order, simply contact Customer Service. If you are not completely happy with your purchase from Hometown Favorites, for any reason at all, we will gladly replace your purchase or refund your money, whichever you prefer.

What if a product is damaged during transit?

Your satisfaction is top priority here at Hometown Favorites. If a product arrives damaged please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.

General Questions

How does Hometown Favorites get these products but my grocery store cannot?

Grocery stores are limited by space, availability from their distributor and consumer demand. Since we do not carry all of the everyday food products you find locally, our warehouse space is devoted to your “hard to find” favorites. Because we buy direct from the manufacturer we are not restricted by what local distributors have to offer.

How old are the products you’re selling?

While some of our products may look nostalgic, we buy them fresh and direct from the manufacturer. The majority of our products have 9 months to a year shelf life. We guarantee at least a 30 day shelf life on all of our products.

Where can I find your products in my city?

Hometown Favorites is only available online. We purchase our products direct form the manufacturer and sell them to our customers. Because we are not the manufacturer we do not have information on what other stores carry.

I am looking for a product and I’m not finding it on your site. Where do I find it?

All of the products in our inventory are there because a customer requested them. We encourage you to do the same! If you don’t find the product you are looking for on our site, please make sure to check our discontinued list here. If you still don’t find the item you’re looking for then tell us about it! Help us find your favorites by sending us as much information as possible including the product name, brand, last store where purchased and how long ago the purchase was made.
