Chelsea Milling Company is operated by a family whose roots in the flour milling business date back to the early 1800’s. Beginning with the first Jiffy Baking Mix, Chelsea Milling remains one of the few “complete” manufacturers in the industry. Chelsea Milling stores wheat, mills wheat into flour, and uses that flour to produce their products. They even produce their recognizable “little blue boxes”. Jiffy products have stood the test of time, despite the absence of any advertising in any media.
