Straight from the UK. Smarties, first called "Chocolate Beans" in 1882 and then later "Milk Chocolate in a Crisp Sugar Shell" some might consider to be the original M&M. With a chocolate center and a sugar-coating the debates rage about the taste of the orange ones. Do they taste different than the other colors?
