Café Classics Crème Brûlée |
Ingredients
- Nonfat milk
- cream
- sugar
- maltodextin
- modified corn starch
- natural vanilla flavor
- carrageenan
- sodium phosphate
- annatto.

Directions for Use

Heat
the content of the carton in a saucepan at a medium-high temperature for
approximately 10 minutes (reach 160º F / 70ºC). Stirring occasionally.
Does not need to boil.
- Pour into 3/4 cup ramekins while
the preparation is still liquid.
- Cool for about 20 min. at room
temperature. Then refrigerate for one hour. The Crème can be kept
refrigerated for up to 2 days.
- Caramelize: Sprinkle with a thin
layer of sugar. Caramelize with a blowtorch just before serving.

- Long life product - shelf life: 1
year
- Store in a cool dry place
- Keep refrigerated after opening
and use within 48 hours
- Do not freeze
