Café Classics Crème Brûlée

Ingredients
  • Nonfat milk
  • cream
  • sugar
  • maltodextin
  • modified corn starch
  • natural vanilla flavor
  • carrageenan
  • sodium phosphate
  • annatto.

Directions for Use
  1. Heat the content of the carton in a saucepan at a medium-high temperature for approximately 10 minutes (reach 160º F / 70ºC). Stirring occasionally. Does not need to boil.
  2. Pour into 3/4 cup ramekins while the preparation is still liquid.
  3. Cool for about 20 min. at room temperature. Then refrigerate for one hour. The Crème can be kept refrigerated for up to 2 days.
  4. Caramelize: Sprinkle with a thin layer of sugar. Caramelize with a blowtorch just before serving.
Storage Conditions
  • Long life product - shelf life: 1 year
  • Store in a cool dry place
  • Keep refrigerated after opening and use within 48 hours
  • Do not freeze
