Harvey Wallbanger Cake |

| 1 package
orange cake mix 4 eggs 1 small package instant vanilla pudding mix 1/2 cup light vegetable oil 4 ounces Galliano 1 ounce vodka 1/2 cup orange juice |
Mix
ingredients together and beat 4 minutes at high speed. Pour into a
well-greased Bundt pan. Bake approximately 45 minutes at 350ºF. or
until cake tests done. Allow to cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove from
pan and allow to cool on wire rack.
If desired, glaze with a mixture of 1 cup confectioner's sugar, 1 ounce Galliano, 1 ounce vodka, and 1 ounce orange juice. |
