| CRUST 2 cups flour 1 cup brown sugar (packed) ½ cup butter or margarine 1 cup coarsely chopped Wheat Nuts |
CARAMEL
LAYER 2/3 cup butter or margarine ½ cup brown sugar (packed) 1 cup milk chocolate chips |
| Combine
all crust ingredients except Wheat Nuts and mix until crumbly. Press
into bottom of ungreased 9"x13' pan. Sprinkle Wheat Nuts evenly
over unbaked crust. |

| In
1-quart saucepan combine butter or margarine and brown sugar. Cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to boil. Boil for
1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour evenly over Wheat Nuts and crust. |

| Bake
at 350 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes or until caramel layer is bubbly.
Remove from oven. Immediately sprinkle with chips; allow to melt. Swirl
chips to create a marbled effect. Cool and cut into bars.
Makes 3 dozen. |
